This is often due to the browser not having the necessary
permissions.
Problem
The browser cannot access the camera, causing mindlane to display an error message.
mindlane displays a general error message. If you don’t see a green dot at the top, the camera isn’t being used by another app and needs to be enabled for the browser.
Solution for Safari:
To fix the error, you need to enable the camera in Settings.
Go to Settings, scroll all the way to the bottom, and tap
App:
Look for Safari and tap Safari:
Scroll down and tap Camera:
Now check the “Allow” box:
Close Safari and restart it. You will then receive the permission prompt.
