If you have forgotten your password, first click on “Forgot
password” below the “Log in” button on the login screen.
You will now be prompted in the same window to enter your
email address twice. Please make sure in advance that you have access to the
email account you provide. Within a few minutes, you will receive an email with
a link that you can use to reset your password.
Once you have entered your email address twice, please click on “Request password reset link.” Please also check your spam folder.
Click on the link in the email you received and follow the instructions provided.
