The search function searches all columns in the dashboard—with the following restrictions:
The date format is mandatory:
👉 dd.mm.yyyy (e.g., 01.02.2026)
Other formats, such as 1.2.2026, do not yield reliable results
Excluded panels (text search not available):
Total Revenue
Certificates and Service Fees
Cancellations
👉 Only the time filter works in these panels; the text search does not.
⏱️ Time filter
The time filter affects all panels in the dashboard.
Functionality by panel
Bookings
Displays all bookings according to the time filter
Only bookings from 01/01/2026 onward are included
Cancellations
Filtering is based on the cancellation date
Cancellations with an invoice date prior to January 1, 2026 are not displayed
Certificates
Filtering is based on the date of issuance
Certificates issued prior to January 1, 2026 are not displayed
⚠️ Important Note (Possible Misunderstandings)
Apparent inconsistencies may occur:
Certificates may be displayed even though the associated booking was made before January 1, 2026
This happens if the certificate was not obtained until January 1, 2026 or later
👉 Reason:
The panels are based on different date logics:
Bookings → Booking date
Cancellations → Cancellation date
Certificates → Date passed
