Participants without an email address can now also be added to an organization.
An organization administrator can add participants without an email address:
A username is automatically generated for participants without an email address
The username is automatically generated upon addition
Participants without an email address who are already registered in mindlane can be added to an organization by entering their existing username.
Participants receive their login credentials via a setup guide. This can be downloaded by the organization administrator and printed out for the participants or sent to them.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Getting started guides can currently only be downloaded once. If a password is lost, a reset must be requested from Support.

Logging In as a Participant Without an Email Address
A participant without an email address can log in to mindlane using a setup guide provided by the organization administrator:
The setup guide contains the link to the mindlane instance, the username, and a one-time password
Upon their first login, participants are prompted to set a new password
Upon their first login, participants must accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
After successfully logging in for the first time, participants can log in to mindlane as often as needed using their new password
