Christmas is just around the corner, and before things slow down a bit for the mindlane team over the holidays, we’re releasing a new version to help us start the new year off right.
DISPLAYS AND TEXT FOR ORGANIZATIONS
We understand that a transparent overview of the progress of participants required to complete training is particularly important for organizations. This version therefore includes updates to how participants and certificates are displayed:
The progress display has been expanded. There is now a visual representation of progress for each course and participant, shown both individually and as an overall progress overview. Additionally, all courses and participants in the list are now sorted with the lowest progress displayed first.
Organization administrators can now view details in an info box for individual bookings by hovering or clicking on the respective item in the list. Some information from the table column headers has been moved to the info box. The table is now more clearly organized, especially when there are many bookings and participants.
All info texts in the Organizations section have been reviewed and revised to make navigation and functions in the Organizations section easier to understand.
In 2026, we will continue to work on requested features for organizations.
CHECK CERTIFICATES
Starting now, all users are once again included in the certificate verification process. In previous versions, certificate verification failed for users with last names consisting of only two letters. Now, users with very short last names can also be verified.
Users can scan the QR code on their certificate with their phone’s camera to verify the certificate’s validity. This requires entering the year of birth and the last three letters of the last name. Users with last names of three or more letters must still enter the last three letters. For users with two-letter surnames, entering just two letters is sufficient to successfully verify the certificate.
PERMISSIONS FOR THE SUPPORT ROLE
Users with a support role can now also view and download users and their certificates. This feature is important for all of our customers’ employees who perform this role. This allows us to support our end customers or subscribers even more quickly and efficiently.
