Approval is the responsibility of the relevant public health department and is processed within 24 hours on weekdays during business hours. On weekends and holidays, activation is postponed until the next business day. If the booking is completed without a confirmed fee waiver, the contract is concluded at the regular price. A subsequent refund is not possible.
The status can be viewed at any time in your user account. You will also receive an email notification regarding any updates to the document status.
